What are the queues for?

Queues are usually more often used by those who make posts through the RSS Feed option, so that posts are automatically sent to the times and days when the queue is set and get scheduled at those times.
Example:
If you create a queue for Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am and 6pm, the posts are always sent to the next free time, i.e. if today is Tuesday and you schedule a post for the queue, the post will be sent to Wednesday at 10am and the next one you send to the queue will be for Wednesday at 6pm and so on.
