How ANDIE's credit system works

ANDIE, an Artificial Intelligence tool developed by Swonkie, offers a simplified content creation experience for social media.

However, in order to maintain a balanced and sustainable use of ANDIE's functionalities, a credit system was implemented.

This article aims to provide an overview of how the credit system works and its relation to user plans, as well as to highlight which customizations require the use of credits.

Within Swonkie, in the "add new post" creation menu, when using ANDIE, each content customization action uses a certain amount of credits that will be deducted from the user's account.

Some actions may have a specific number displayed in yellow credit currency, indicating the exact number of credits charged for that action.

Importantly, credits are replenished at the beginning of each month, ensuring continued access to ANDIE's editing capabilities.

For users with team accounts, credits will be charged to the main account, which is shared by all team members.

This means that team members can use the available credits collectively.

The number of credits available to users is directly related to the plan chosen.

Different plans offer varying credit conditions, ensuring flexibility and personalized experiences.

Here is the number of credits allocated based on user plans:

• Free, Trial, Student plans:                     10 credits
• Plans below €19.99:                              100 credits
• Plans between €19.99 and €39.99:       250 credits
• Plans between €39.99 and €59.99:       500 credits
• Plans between €59.99 and €79.99:       750 credits
• Plans between €79.99 and €129.99:     1000 credits
• Plans between €129.99 and €169.99:   1500 credits
• Plans between €169.99 and €249.99:   2000 credits
• Plans between €249.99 and €299.99:   2500 credits
• Plans between €299.99 and €399.99:   3000 credits
• Plans between €399.99 and €499.99:   4000 credits
• Plans above €499.99:                            5000 credits

When you create a new publication with ANDIE, you will need to fill in the following form:

A dedução de 1 crédito aplica-se sempre que clicar em "escrever com a ANDIE", quer mantenha as mesmas definições no formulário, ou acrescente informações novas.

Após estar satisfeito com o texto que a ANDIE sugeriu, basta clicar em "aplicar conteúdo" que o levará para o seguinte menu: 

As you can see in the image, below the text box, you will have several customization options.

The number of credits charged for each modification will be indicated in those same option boxes.

If you have one social media profile selected (as in the image) each modification will cost you 1 credit.

However, if you have more than one social media profile selected, you will be charged a number of credits corresponding to the number of profiles selected.

Example:

In the image above two social media profiles (Instagram and Facebook) are selected.

As a result, the customization "social network optimization" will now charge you 2 credits, as ANDIE will optimize for two different social networks.

Whenever this is the case, you can consult the number of credits to be charged in the box of the modification in question.
