Can I monitor a specific language?

Yes, when configuring the project there is the option to choose the language in which the monitoring will be done. You can choose a specific language or monitor in all languages.

 To edit the language of a project after creating it, just click on the Edit option and choose the language to be monitored.

NOTE: When editing the project, all mentions found up to that point will be deleted from the project and a new search will start from the time of editing.
